What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Senior Vice President, Growth to lead and scale the commercial engine of our industrial software SaaS business.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead our global commercial organization across Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Operations, with a mandate to convert market opportunity into sustained revenue growth and long-term customer value.
You will operate as a key member of an integrated revenue leadership team, working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Delivery to ensure a seamless connection between market engagement, revenue generation, and customer outcomes.
Our company operates with a unified revenue model, where Marketing, Commercial, and Delivery work together under the CRO to drive scalable growth. In this structure, the SVP, Head of Growth owns the commercial go-to-market motion — ensuring strong pipeline conversion, enterprise deal execution, and long-term customer expansion.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in scaling environments, enjoys building high-performing teams, and understands how to drive enterprise SaaS growth in complex industrial markets.
Your Mission
Build and lead a high-performing growth organization that transforms market opportunity into predictable, scalable revenue growth, while delivering measurable value to industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial leadership:
· Lead and scale the global commercial organization across Sales, Account Management, and Commercial Operations.
· Develop a high-performance culture focused on customer value, predictable revenue, and enterprise deal excellence.
· Build and mentor a strong commercial leadership team capable of scaling with the company’s growth ambitions.
Revenue growth and enterprise sales:
• Own and drive the full commercial lifecycle from market engagement through customer expansion
• Drive new logo acquisition, retention, and expansion revenue across our industrial customer base
· Develop repeatable enterprise sales motions tailored to the needs of industrial SaaS markets
· Strengthen the4 company´s ability to win and expand large, complex enterprise accounts
Go-to-market execution:
• Translate the company´s integrated GTM strategy into scalable commercial execution
• Partner closely with the Head of Marketing to convert market engagement into qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to ensure strong alignment between commercial commitments and customer outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement of revenue processes, forecasting, and commercial performance
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a senior commercial leader who combines enterprise sales leadership with strategic growth thinking.
You likely bring:
• Executive leadership experience in B2B SaaS or industrial technology companies
• A proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Oil & Gas, Chemicals, or Manufacturing industries
· Strong expertise in enterprise sales cycles and strategic account management, ideally with industrial customers
•Deep understanding of subscription and recurring revenue models
• The ability to align commercial strategy with marketing and delivery execution
• A strong leadership presence that builds trust. Accountability, and high-performance
You are comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you bring the credibility required to build strong relationships with both customers and senior internal stakeholders.
