About the role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused VP Head of Marketing to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a global marketing organization across demand generation, product marketing and performance marketing functions, with a mandate to align marketing strategy with commercial execution and measurable revenue outcomes.
As a key member of the revenue leadership team, you will align marketing strategy with sales objectives to accelerate growth, improve pipeline velocity, and increase recurring revenue across our industrial software portfolio.
This role will shape how we position and scale our marketing capability as we strengthen our independent market identity and accelerate global growth.
You will be expected to challenge, influence and partner with executive leadership on commercial direction, positioning and growth priorities.
This is a leadership role for someone who brings clarity, focus and momentum in an ambitious scaling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Demand Generation Leadership
Shape and lead the company’s global go-to-market marketing strategy, balancing long-term positioning with measurable commercial impact.
Build scalable inbound and outbound programs across digital, industry events, partners, and account-based marketing.
Align marketing initiatives directly to revenue targets and sales capacity planning.
Optimize funnel performance across MQL, SQL, pipeline creation, and closed-won revenue.
Product Marketing Excellence
Lead product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our industrial software solutions.
Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for target industries.
Partner with Product Management and Sales to drive successful launches and field enablement.
Develop vertical and persona-based messaging strategies.
Pipeline & Performance Management
In this role, you will own performance across key revenue and pipeline indicators, ensuring marketing impact is measurable and trusted at executive level.
Establish and monitor core revenue metrics, including:
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)
Sales Qualified Leads (SQL)
Pipeline velocity
Pipeline conversion rates
Order intake and close rates
Recurring revenue growth
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Drive accountability through dashboards, reporting cadence, and executive-level insights.
Partner closely with Revenue Operations to ensure data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
