We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable QHSE Advisor to help drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance across our operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and is committed to fostering a strong safety culture. You will play a key role in identifying risks, defining actions, contributing to campaigns and training – while also having the opportunity to shape the role based on your experience and interests.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to continuous improvement of our QHSE processes.

• Follow-up of incidents, non-conformities and improvements related to QHSE.

• Participate in internal and external audits.

• Prepare and deliver internal communication and awareness training on relevant topics.

• Coordinate safety delegates and working environment committees (AMU).

• QHSE reporting according to internal and external requirements, including relevant CSRD reporting.

• Point of contact for company health service.

• Super user for the management system, including the improvement and nonconformity database.

• Responsible for training and related guidelines for the management system, and the improvement and nonconformity database.
  

To succeed in this role we believe you have:

• Bachelor or Master within relevant area (engineering, IT)

• 3 years of work experience related to HSE and Quality. Preferably from industry or software company.

• Well developed communication skills in English, both written and oral

• Experience with ISO standards is a plus

• Experience from audits is a plus

Please note that this role is based in our Lysaker office, a hybrid model is offered with the expectation of being in the office 2 days a week.
