The Role
The purpose of Customer Success is to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, helping them derive maximum value from our offerings. This, in turn, leads to increased retention, upsell opportunities, and overall business growth.
The primary objective of this role is to proactively ensure that customers achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our product or service. The focus is to drive customer satisfaction, adoption and identify opportunities for upselling within the existing customer base.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Lysaker.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers and adhere to our Customer Success lifecycle & prioritization methodology.
- Proactive engagement towards customers with a focus to increase revenue and sustain a long-term business relationship.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, to reduce churn, and contribute to Order Income targets set for portfolio.
- Build strong trust-based relationships with users and customer sponsors, often at the higher level in the customer organization.
- Be the driving force in the adoption of applications towards the clients.
- Provide Insights to customers to ensure that they get the most of our services.
- Establish and maintain customer account plans for given customer portfolio involving all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process.
- Drive internal team collaboration and make sure we work close with all the teams around us.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field within SaaS, energy, or industrial software.
- Strong understanding of the chemical or energy industry, industrial software, or digital transformation trends.
- Experience with SaaS adoption and retention in the chemical or energy sectors, especially involving digital twins, IoT, or advanced analytics is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English.
