  Job description:
  
  Currently we are looking for a Project Coordinator for our team working on an innovative big data platform for the maritime industry. The solution is designed to enable continuous access to data both onboard and onshore through an interactive web-based solution and to provide an efficient information flow.
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  
• Act as a bridge between teams and stakeholders, facilitating feedback loops for product, technical, and dependency management
  
• Support initiative breakdown, ensuring large tasks are decomposed into manageable work items.
  
• Assist in intake and prioritization, ensuring initiatives are well-documented and ready for evaluation.
  
• Oversee backlog and work item management, tracking progress and addressing bottlenecks.
  
• Monitor project timelines, ensuring alignment with predefined goals and deadlines
  
• Facilitate project team meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-ups on key action points
  
• Coordinate technical dependencies, working with Solution Architects to resolve blockers.
  
• Ensure transparent progress visualization, maintaining dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  
• Track and report on process metrics & KPIs, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  
• Optimize resource utilization, ensuring efficiency in execution and cost control.
  
• Manage administrative tasks, supporting management in documentation and project coordination
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience in a similar position
• Experience with project lifecycle management tools, e.g. Azure DevOps
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent oral and written communication in English
