Analyst
Job description:
Overview: The selected candidate will provide analysis and maintain CRM hygiene to support to optimize the performance and efficiency of the sales and marketing teams. This role is crucial in ensuring that the sales and marketing processes are data-driven, streamlined, and effective in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) in Microsoft Power BI.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on performance, trends, and forecasts.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Commercial Operations Processes:
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Support sales and marketing forecasting, planning, and budgeting activities.
- Enrich data from marketing and sales operations to make it more useful.
- Perform pipeline analytics to inform which sales stages need attention.
- Support Activities:
- Manage sales documentation, communications, and follow-ups.
- Assist in the execution of sales initiatives and projects.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, data analysis, and administrative coordination.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Performance Metrics:
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales data reporting and analysis.
- Quality of support provided to the sales team and coordination of activities.
