As our Junior Technical Advisor, you will become a part of our Vessel Insight - Delivery team and be responsible for driving adoption of the Kognifai services and ensure customer satisfaction and return on investment (ROI). You will be working with the rest of the competent Delivery team to setup Vessel Insight, features & Applications. In this role you will get the opportunity to:

• Provide insights and analyze customer vessel installation
• Onboard new customers installations to Vessel Insight cloud solution
• Technical setup such as signal mapping, applications and features in collaboration with KDI global technical team
• Validate signal availability onboard vessels towards features and application
• Work close with the product and development department when needed for improvements and challenges
• Work close with the Customer Success Managers for smooth handover of applications and features ready to us
• Cooperate with our growth department to help with pre-engineering and get the right solutions to our customers

You have a track record of delivering structured work to customers, either through similar role or from project delivery, engineering and are comfortable working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture. Do you already have…

• Higher education within a relevant field, or work experience that would compensate
• Knowledge of Maritime Automation Systems, Navigation Systems, Power Management Systems, Monitoring Instruments and Vessel Performance Systems
• Previously worked with shipping and poses domain knowledge/Have some experience from the maritime industry
• Familiar with how the operations onboard vessels is working and understanding of the assets
• Interest in digitalization and how it can benefit the maritime industry
