KONGSBERG DIGITAL is a provider of the next generation software and creator of complex digital solutions that are changing the fields within maritime and oil/ energy sectors.

We are searching for a highly motivated ERP Specialist to our headquarter at Lysaker. You will have several responsibilities within the Finance & Accounting area of Kongsberg Digital and assist VP Finance & Accounting in all relevant aspects. We can offer you an exciting opportunity in a high paced global finance function, with good opportunities to grow with the Company from this position.

Kongsberg Digital implemented Microsoft Dynamics D365 as our new ERP-system in 2023. Our ERP Specialist will take lead and work closely with both Finance and the business to develop the tools further, ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to support significant growth and changes in the future. This also through liaison with our service partner where we have an agreement covering support and maintenance of the solutions.

What you will be responsible for:

• Serve as a liaison between the business, IT organization and external collaboration partners.

• Ensure a match between the information generated by KDI’s various IT-systems and the information required by management and other stakeholders.

• Responsible for setup of the different modules used by Finance & Controlling and aligning this with the needs of the business.

• Ensuring integration between the different modules in D365 including our CRM system, HR, and ISV’s.

• Ensuring control over master data, standardization of processes and lead the work of improving our IT General Controls (GITC / ITGC).

• Ensuring roles, responsibilities, and segregation of duties within our ERP-solutions are reasonable.

• System Administrator

To be successful in this role you like to work independently, you take initiative but at the same time you are a team-player. You have a keen interest to learn and want to be involved in both the daily operations and the ongoing projects in the broader Finance-department, where you are also able to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.

You are structured and like a fast pace in a Company that aims to grow significantly over the next years.

If you already have:

• Higher economic degree

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Experienced superuser of ERP solutions, Microsoft Dynamics experience is an advantage.

• Analytical capabilities, and a good understanding of finance and accounting

• Communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
