Customer Success Manager for K-Fleet

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Customer Success Manager, K-Fleet for our Maritime team in Kongsberg Digital. The K-FLEET software from Kongsberg offers a wide variety of solutions to optimize and assist users’ working processes within planned maintenance, inventory management, procurement, QSE, documentation, forms, certificates, voyage reporting and fleet operations. K-Fleet gives the user easy access to complete vessel administration and operation with a customizable view based on the modules installed.
Kongsberg Digital has experienced real commercial traction across the three leading digital positions and has an ambition to grow from 1 BNOK to 3 BNOK in SaaS revenue the next 3 years. If you are eager to have a central role in achieving our ambitions - you should apply for this role.
You will be responsible for shaping, challenging, and facilitating our strategy and business plan. You will work closely with the leadership team and the rest of the organization, and you will experience to be a crucial part of an ambitious and talented team.
This role will be reporting to Director of CS, Vessel Insight. This role will have key focus on retaining and growing the K-Fleet portfolio and contribute to the wider strategy of Customer Success & KDI.
This role includes:
- Having clear overview and control of the existing client portfolio of our K-Fleet solutions
- Extensive knowledge of the the K-Fleet product line
- Create opportunities and quotations for all the modules in the K-Fleet portfolio
- Engage with clients to measure health, farm & upsell to further expand portfolio
- Collaborate with the wider CS team & Growth team to explore opportunities
- Create Success Cases from existing clients and explore the benefits and ROI
- Close collaboration with the product team for client feedback and updates
- Utilization of our CS Methodology and specifically focus on onboarding & adoption to make sure clients useability
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably have experience in maritime industry as a superintendent, vessel/fleet manager or experience sailing as an officer onboard.
- Understand the role of ship owners and technical management's way of working.
- Experience working with software handling procurement, planned maintenance, HSEQ, performance management, vessel reporting and similar.
- Is outgoing and with a great collaborative & proactive mindset
- A benefit if you have experience from Customer Success field but not a must

There will be expected around 50 travelling days a year for this position.
Work location: Lysaker or Horten, there will be travelling between sites.
