As our new Frontend Superhero, you will be working with ‘green tech’ and changing the way we interact and utilize renewable resources. How? We´ll try to explain: Kongsberg Digital’s Kognitwin™ Grid will digitally recreate the grid by combining data sources from multiple sources, give it context and run simulations. The purpose is to reflect the status of the grid, predict future grid state and “play out” different scenarios without doing anything with the real physical asset.

Your responsibilities will be to design and develop user interfaces using Angular best practices, making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects and to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

You will also get the opportunity to:

• Translate developer the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application
• Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Build the interactive data visualization and data interfaces using web technologies
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Cooperate with the back-end in the process of building the RESTful API

About you:

You are passionate about frontend development, loves to be close to the code, and are not afraid to jump into the unknown.

If your box of superpowers also includes Angular 2+ (Components, Reactive/template forms, RxJS), HTML5, CSS3, Less/Sass, responsive web design, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX, TypeScript, JavaScript, ES6, and any CSS Framework such as Bootstrap or Material design, we welcome you to join our marvelous team.
